Key Responsibilities
  • Source candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals)
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and updates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  • Assist in negotiating job offers
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
