The past 18 months has been a turbulent time for most of us. The light at the end of the tunnel is now visible and moving forward for many is a must. Almost every service based business will has been forced to undergo changes to reflect new working methods and testing times within their reflective industries including i4 Recruitment.

Utilising this pivotal period in the development of our business we have decided a rebrand is in order. After 18 years of i4 Recruitment being part of the i4 Group, Serve Talent emerges from the rubble and leads the way for Serve Group UK.

A fresh start for Norwich based recruitment experts

A new name, logo, team members and the introduction of edgy stock imagery are just some of the changes we’ve made. The logo, branding and website designed and built by our in house marketing manager, Adam Rhodes. The complete business overhaul was directed by company founder Jason Adams.

Andy Watson and Nick Carnell are our two new faces who are making waves in the engineering and manufacturing recruitment sector. Working alongside experienced IT recruitment consultant Daniel Taylor.

Kelly Smith from the i4 Resourcing team has merged with Serve Talent. Bringing our managed recruitment service and fixed fee recruitment all under one name.

A technical recruiter covering Norwich, Norfolk, Suffolk and other areas within East Anglia. Straight talking, down to earth and a solid work ethic. An absolute blessing to the Serve Talent team and a great asset to help kick start a new era.

Recruiting in a number of environments including medical devices, special purpose machinery, oil & gas and more. Andy’s industry knowledge of East Anglia is second to none. Making him the go to for your recruitment needs.

Nick Carnell – Norfolk Engineering Recruitment Consultant

The newest member of the Serve Talent team. Joining us in July 2021 and already proving himself to be an integral part of the team. Commencing his recruitment career with the Ministry of Defence. Picking up tonnes of transferrable skills and showing them off within the engineering and manufacturing sector.

Nick is already immersed in the local area. Helping engineering businesses across the east find ideal team members of their own.
